Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading or participating in site transformations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, Lean Six Sigma).

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Team Development
- Lead and mentor manufacturing managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and standard processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute continuous improvement projects.
Customer-Focused Operations
- Collaborate with the Sales & Operations Planning team to ensure operational capacity aligns with customer demand.
- Foster responsiveness and timeliness to meet customer requirements effectively.
Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement areas.
